SpecSeal® SSW Wrap Strips are versatile, high‑performance intumescent firestop wraps designed to address a wide range of combustible pipe penetrations in fire‑rated assemblies. Available in multiple sizes and material types, SSW Wrap Strips provide flexibility for installers handling diverse non‑metallic piping configurations. To minimize waste and speed installation, SSW Wrap Strips are offered in convenient 12‑ft (3.7 m) rolls as well as individually pre‑sized strips tailored to common penetrant diameters. When used in combination with restraining steel, SpecSeal SSW Wrap Strips deliver powerful intumescent expansion capable of crushing and sealing non‑metallic piping up to 12 inches in diameter, helping prevent the spread of fire through rated floors, walls, and floor/ceiling assemblies.
